Shipment Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping charges and carriers for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sew Unique Designz ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once a shipping label has been generated and your order has shipped.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check the SPAM folder of the email address you used to place your order.

Once your order/package has shipped, Sew Unique Designz is no longer responsible for your package; the shipping carrier is.

 

Damages

Sew Unique Designz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment.  If your package is lost or your package and contents are damaged during shipment, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Sew Unique Designz currently ships to the following territories: Canada

The CUSTOMER is responsible for ANY and ALL Duties and/or VAT.

If packages are returned to Sew Unique Designz because the customer fails to pay the required Duties / VAT, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
