Ever need someone to help in person?  Are you more of a hands on learner?  Do you wish sometimes you can just ask someone all the questions you have?  Now, you can.  You can get one on one 'coaching' during your embroidery journey.  

If you just want someone to help online and walk your though start/finish of a project, this is also for you! 

I am not an 'expert' but I have learned a few things and tricks of the trade in the last 10 years I've been embroidering.  Always something new to learn which makes this jounery so much fun!! I've trained hundreds of people on the Smartstitch Machine & how to learn to embroider. 

Choose what works best for you! Half hour or an hour of time. First hour (or half hour) due before arranging time for live coaching.  IF we go over, you will be invoiced for time we went over.

Smartstitch Training - Need extra training on your Smartstich Machine? Have questions that you need answered? I am a Trainer for them and happy to help you! I DO NOT trouble shoot your machine or fix and technical issues.  I can go over basic  trouble shooting, but Any technical issues needs to be addressed with the techs in your support group. :)

Project live coaching - you choose the project and I will stay on the live with you to complete the entire thing. I will help you from start to finish. There is NO time restraint on project coaching. Please make sure your embroidery machine is in WORKING CONDITION - I will NOT troubleshoot issues with your machine :) We can do a live FB video chat (my preferred method) or whatever method you prefer. :)

After Hours coaching is for time slots after my normal business hours (after 6pm EST M-S and All day Sunday) ONE HOUR MINIMUM

Emergency Call If you need help ASAP, and need a phone call or video chat for emergencies.  BEFORE purchasing this option, please message or call/test the shop phone to make sure I am available to get on a call. Usually can call within 10mins.  You MUST tell me what the emergency is - in notes of your order during checkout.  SOME trouble shooting and or diagnosis of your Smartstitch (ONLY) machine will I troubleshoot and help with. This is a good option of you tech in your support group is unavailable. IF I cannot fix the issue, the Service all will NOT be refunded. Keep that in mind.  Which is why I need to know the issue before making the call.  ONE HOUR MINIMUM

Refresher - If you need to ask more questions on something we went over, or just have quick questions - 10 MIN CALL - or 5 questions answered via FB Messenger in real time
